📍 Location: Remote (India) | 🕒 Full-Time 💼 Department: Engineering | 🧠 Reports to: CTO 🧩 About Us Datavave.ai is building the AI orchestration layer for modern lenders. We help NBFCs, fintechs, and banks accelerate onboarding, reduce API costs, and make smarter credit decisions. Our platform powers real-time decisioning with Customer 360, embedded AI copilots (Telecaller, Field Agent, Underwriter), API Cost Optimizer, and Collections Intelligence. We’re backed by seasoned founders, working with large BFSI clients, and currently expanding both in India and internationally. 🔧 What You'll Do As Senior Software Developer Lead , you’ll own core backend and platform decisions, help shape architecture, and mentor a high-performing dev team. You'll work directly with the CTO and product team to deliver mission-critical services across our orchestration engine, ML-powered risk scoring, and partner APIs. Your responsibilities: Design and lead the development of scalable, secure, low-latency systems Translate business/product requirements into clean, high-quality code Integrate third-party APIs (e.g. credit bureaus, KYC, banking) into our orchestration layer Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows Collaborate with AI/ML and frontend teams to deliver seamless features Mentor junior engineers and help grow the team’s technical capabilities 🛠 Tech Stack We’re tech-agnostic, but currently use: Backend: Python (FastAPI), Node.js Frontend: React (TypeScript) Database: Postgres, MongoDB DevOps: Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions AI/ML: Python-based pipelines (via APIs and custom scoring logic) ✅ What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience in full-stack or backend-heavy roles Strong in system design, microservices, API integration Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS or fintech platforms Comfortable working with ambiguous specs and shipping fast Prior startup experience or ownership mindset is a huge plus Bonus: exposure to lending/credit systems, API orchestration, or fintech infrastructure 🌟 Why Join Us Work directly with founders and shape a high-impact AI product Build something 0→1 that’s already gaining real traction Flexible work culture, ownership from day one Competitive salary + equity (ESOPs) + fast growth path Be part of a small team solving meaningful problems in finance Show more Show less
