Morgan Stanley Lead Salesforce Developer - Vice President - Software Engineering Profile Description We’re seeking someone to join our team as Vice President & is a hands-on senior role, candidate should have previously demonstrated proficiency with hands-on Salesforce development activities & leading a small team of developers in addition to Wealth Management Tech Wealth Management Technology is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Business. Practice areas include: Analytics, Intelligence, & Data Technology (AIDT), Client Platforms, Core Technology Services (CTS), Financial Advisor Platforms, Global Banking Technology (GBT), Investment Solutions Technology (IST), Institutional Wealth and Corporate Solutions Technology (IWCST), Technology Delivery Management (TDM), User Experience (UX), and the CAO team. Services Technology Services Technology is a dynamic and fast-paced area within the Firm's WM Technology Division. The charter of this department is to develop applications that covers Service to Sales which includes Contact Center, Client Onboarding, Account Opening, CRM, JAWS, Document Management, Workflows, RPA that supports FAs, CSAs, and Operations. Read on… What You’ll Do In The Role Lead the India CRM Salesforce development team(FTE+CN) Managing communication and partnering with our end users Expand existing CRM applications, including B2C retail orgs, and related instances Identify, design and implement internal process improvements that automate manual processes to achieve scalability and cost-reduction Work across all aspects of the product life cycle: design, development, deployment and end-user support. Designing and develop applications using technologies mentioned below Participating in our agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team's goals. Working independently using modern software development practices. Working collaboratively with a global team of technologists and Fixed Income business Leading with ideas and innovation. Managing communication and partnering with our end users to design solutions. What You’ll Bring To The Role Technology career experience of 12+ years in distributed technologies, with latest in CRM space; At least 6+ years of relevant experience to perform this role. Proven leadership experience, having led team of size 10+, multiple squads, etc. Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce development experience Technologies: Apex, Aura, LWC, Batch, Triggers, etc. Strong experience in developing API integration, both inbound and outbound Experience with UI technology – HTML, CSS, Javascript Familiar with relational database/ SOQL, Workbench Experience and know-how around DEV-OPS side, including Flossum/ Copado/ Gearset/ BlueCanvas, etc. Familiar with AppExchange products, Instrumentation and observability aspects of Salesforce Familiar with related clouds – Marketing cloud, Community cloude, Service Cloud, FSC, etc. Experience writing unit, component and integration tests Experience in adopting best development practices; building adoption dashboards, and performance tuning of the platforms At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
