Job Description As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across Bihar and Jharkhand, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet business goals. You will oversee sourcing, screening, and selection while building strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Roles & Responsibilities ● Understand and analyze staffing requirements across Bihar & Jharkhand. ● Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in the region. ● Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. ● Build a strong talent pipeline to meet present and future manpower needs. ● Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies. ● Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. ● Oversee and guide a small recruitment team / associates (if applicable). ● Use job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking to attract candidates. ● Maintain recruitment dashboards and prepare periodic reports on hiring status and metrics. ● Organize and represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives. ● Stay updated on hiring trends, best practices, and regional talent availability. Desired Candidate Profile ● 4–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in regional/state-level hiring. ● Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. ● Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.● Ability to assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit. ● Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Well-organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision. ● Ability to travel frequently across Bihar and Jharkhand for recruitment needs. ● Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
