We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Team Lead who lives and breathes ROI. Someone who can own end-to-end Paid Marketing strategy across Google Ads & Meta Ads, lead a team, deliver measurable growth, and stay ahead of platform trends.
• Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Own campaign strategy, budgeting, forecasting & performance pacing aligned to business KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate)
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance dashboards, insights & strategic recommendations
• Lead & mentor a team of performance executives; review work & ensure best practices
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences & landing pages to maximize results
• Manage attribution, conversion tracking, analytics integrations & pixel setup
• Work with design, content & sales teams for campaign alignment
• Competitor benchmarking & trend research; introduce innovative scaling strategies
• Manage agency/client communication & upsell opportunities
• 4+ years managing high-budget Paid Media campaigns
• Deep understanding of conversion funnels & performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
• Ability to manage team of 3–8 campaign specialists
• Strong presentation, communication & reporting skills
