As we scale, we are looking for a top-notch performance marketing leader who can drive measurable growth, elevate our digital presence, and strengthen our positioning in the luxury market.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing with proven expertise in driving business growth through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Search/Display campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury marketing and a track record of delivering strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage performance marketing strategy across digital platforms.

• Drive lead generation and sales for luxury fashion products and services.

• Optimize budgets, campaigns, and funnels to maximize ROI.

• Collaborate with creative teams for impactful ad content and landing pages.

• Track and report KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in luxury/premium goods.

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

• Strong analytical, creative, and strategic skills.

• Based in Delhi NCR (preferred).
