Lead Performance Marketing Professional

EdTech Industry Preferred

We’re looking for a results-driven Lead Performance Marketing Professional with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of driving business growth through paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize high-performing campaigns across search, social, and display channels to maximize ROI.

Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Analyze campaign performance, deliver insights, and refine strategies using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools.

Oversee budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure effective ROI and growth outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

10–15 years of digital/performance marketing experience (EdTech experience preferred).

Proven success managing large-scale campaigns and high-budget portfolios.

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.

Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

🎓 Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
