Lead Performance Marketing

About the Role -

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Assistant Performance Marketing Manager

to help scale our paid marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing

Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving customer

acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities -

● Assist in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

● Monitor key metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and recommend actionable improvements.

● Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and

landing pages.

● Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to boost campaign

performance.

● Manage allocated ad budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.

● Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with data-driven

insights.

● Work closely with BI team to get granular data understanding for further improving

campaign approach

● Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, sales) to ensure

cohesive marketing execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

● 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with proven ROI delivery.

● Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag

Manager.

● Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.

● Familiarity with CRO, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies.

● Ability to steer the team in a new direction depending on the requirements

● Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
