Network Audits & Risk

Management
ØConductperiodic spare audits of the entire transport network and recommend procurementrequirements.ØPerformEOL and EOS assessments for all network elements with associated risk analysisand mitigation plans.Ø

Repair and Return Management:

ØEnsure
timely initiation of RMAs, track all logistics, and coordinate with relevantstakeholders for on-time delivery of equipment

Planned Event Governance

ØManage
specially assigned, high-criticality Planned Events, ensuring minimal serviceimpact and adherence to operational standards.

Incident Reporting & Service

Improvement
ØPreparedetailed Incident Reports, RFOs, and RCAs for critical transmission events.ØDevelopand release Service Improvement Plans (SIP) where applicable to preventrecurrence.

Vendor & Supplier

Performance Management
ØPerformperiodic performance reviews of suppliers and vendors.ØProvidestructured feedback and drive improvement initiatives to enhance quality andservice delivery.

Quality & Capability

Development
ØSupportnetwork quality-improvement projects across the transport domain.ØDelivertechnical training sessions to upskill NOC.

Subsea Restoration Support

ØLead
in-system or external restoration using available resources for duringcable emergencies.Ø

Service hand over verification

and Maintain updated outage matrix.

User access management and
