Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Merch Operations Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of our merchandising initiatives. You will be the bridge between marketing, NAT Business Team, Design, Merch and external vendors, ensuring that our merch strategy is executed with precision and speed.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses a "no-task-is-too-small" ownership mindset, and uses data to turn complex operational challenges into streamlined processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence & Ownership:
Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of merchandise operations, from creative and offer coordination to creative go lives.
Maintain a high-speed execution cadence, ensuring all operational bottlenecks are identified and resolved in real-time.
Act as the central point of contact between Marketing, Creative, Merch Ops, and NAT Business teams.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure creative coordinationl and timely fulfillment.Align cross-functional goals to ensure merch launches coincide perfectly with marketing campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Visibility Planning
Analyze historical sales and engagement data to forecast demand and build future visibility plans.
Use data insights to optimize planning across multiple visibility avenues on app.Prepare weekly performance reports highlighting operational efficiency and execution.
- Strategic Marketing Integration
Navigate and utilize Marketing Dashboards to track the impact of merch on brand metrics and customer acquisition.Collaborate with the growth team to iterate on merch designs and distribution strategies based on real-time dashboard feedback.
Candidate Profile: Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in an Operations, Supply Chain, or Category Management role (preferably in E-commerce or a high-growth startup).Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with marketing analytics dashboards.
