Lead – Learning Design (AI)

Key Responsibilities:


Client Strategy Development and Presales Support (15%):

  • Collaborate with K–12 schools, higher education institutions, workforce organizations, and publishers to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Identify AI opportunities aligned with clients' educational objectives and business strategies.
  • Support tasks related to presales support, such as developing and delivering client demos, managing POCs, creating tailored solutions for prospective clients, and contributing to business development initiatives.


AI Solution Design & Implementation (30%):

  • Develop AI-driven solutions tailored to eLearning contexts, such as adaptive learning platforms, AI tutoring systems, and content personalization, working with LearningMate’s AI product and tech services teams.
  • Understand and deploy solutions from LearningMate’s proprietary Kadal ecosystem to meet specific client requirements.
  • Oversee solution deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, instructional designers, and technology teams.


Change Management (25%):

  • Develop strategies to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions across educational organizations and within LearningMate.
  • Address resistance to change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower educators, administrators, and workforce trainers along with members of the Learning Design Group.


Market Analysis(5%):

  • Stay updated on trends in AI and educational technology (EdTech)
  • Provide insights on leveraging AI to address evolving K–12, higher education, and workforce training needs.


Performance Optimization(25%):

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
  • Monitor solution performance and recommend iterative improvements to maximize impact.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Education, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field


Experience:

  • We are open to candidates from any background who have demonstrated the required skills in their past assignments.
  • Must have worked on multiple AI tools for content generation and written effective prompts for different LLMs.


Skills:

  • Ability to look at challenges as opportunities and a penchant for experimentation
  • Strong understanding of the educational landscape and stakeholders across K12, HE, and Workforce domains.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (adaptive learning, natural language processing, data analytics) within an educational context.
  • Effective, prompt writing for AI tools.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.


Preferred:

  • AI online course certifications.
  • Knowledge of education standards and compliance requirements for K–12, HE, and workforce training.
  • Experience working with instructional design teams or educational publishers.
