As a Project Manager in Learning & Development, you will be responsible for leading and driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee learning, development programs, and capability-building efforts within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with HR, L&D, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end delivery of impactful projects related to learning systems, program implementation, and workforce development strategies. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a culture of learning and supporting talent development globally. You will handle complex L&D projects and initiatives utilizing established Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. From business case development to execution, you will lead the project management process, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent & Learning, IT, and regional teams, you will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with global L&D strategies.
