To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, along with Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management domain, particularly in leading complex, cross-functional projects involving L&D initiatives, is required. Proficiency in project management platforms like Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet, coupled with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, will be essential.
