Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Product Specialist HR Core at GXO, you will be an essential part of the new Global Product Owner HR Core structure responsible for managing the HR Core Products from hire to retire. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of HR Core solutions, collaborating with Process Owners and People Services teams to optimize processes, and providing user support and training. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of HR Core solutions, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and support. - Collaborate with HR Core Process Owners and People Services teams to translate needs into functional product features and improvements. - Manage the backlog of requirements in JIRA and represent HR in the CAB process. - Identify opportunities for standardizing and optimizing HR Core processes to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent employee experience. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements in collaboration with HR Technology. - Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when necessary. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within HR Core systems. - Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users to ensure proper use of HR products. Qualifications Required: - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across different regions and time zones. - Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong planning skills and the ability to work well under pressure in an agile manner. - Excellent team player with a collaborative approach. - Experience of 7+ years in product management with a focus on HR Core in a global context. - Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Document Management Systems. - Experience in Agile Project Management and cross-country transformation programs. - Proficiency in using key project technologies and planning tools such as Excel, JIRA, Teams, SharePoint, and Project. - Certification in SAP HCM, project management, or product management (optional but preferred).,
