Project Manager

As a Project Manager in Learning & Development, you will lead and drive strategic initiatives to enhance employee learning, development programs, and capability-building efforts within the organization. Collaborating with HR, L&D, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will oversee impactful projects related to learning systems, program implementation, and workforce development strategies. Your contributions will be crucial in fostering a culture of learning and supporting talent development globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating learning technologies and platforms - Monitoring project progress, managing timelines, and providing status reports to senior leadership - Managing project risks and interdependencies by maintaining and analyzing RAID logs You will utilize established Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Leading the project management process from business case development to execution, you will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with global L&D strategies. Additionally, you will manage L&D project backlogs, timelines, and stakeholder engagement using tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Monday.com. Managing vendor relationships, external consultants, project budgets, and resources will also be part of your responsibilities. By building trust and credibility as a strategic partner in data transformation and project delivery, you will influence indirect reporting relationships to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field - Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management domain, particularly in leading complex, cross-functional projects involving L&D initiatives - Proficiency in project management platforms like Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment,
