Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality leads across multiple channels. You will be responsible for executing lead generation strategies via LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising to support our sales pipeline and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to B2B prospects on LinkedIn through personalized messaging and connection strategies.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns using proven templates and nurturing sequences to drive conversions.
  • Perform cold calling to engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Launch and manage Meta lead generation campaigns to attract and capture inbound B2B leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine target personas, messaging, and qualification criteria.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and email automation platforms.
  • Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead gen campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and client-facing interactions.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or digital marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with cold email tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake).
  • Knowledge of lead scoring and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,845.79 - ₹30,000.00 per month
