Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers through various channels including online research, LinkedIn, industry directories, events, and CRM databases.

2. Generate high-quality sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.

3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand over warm leads to the sales team for further engagement.

4. Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and current information.

5. Collaborate closely with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns and messaging.

6. Track and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs weekly/monthly.

7. Participate in developing lead nurturing strategies to convert cold leads into warm prospects.

8. Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales lead generation or inside sales.

3. Proven experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hub Spot).

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

6. Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, and email marketing tools.

7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
