Proactively call prospective clients from provided leads and directories
Engage in meaningful conversations with HNI/UHNI clients with a polished, professional tone
Clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings
Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team
Maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written
A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage
Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets
