Job Description

Key Responsibilities


 Proactively call prospective clients from provided leads and directories

 Engage in meaningful conversations with HNI/UHNI clients with a polished, professional tone

 Clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings

 Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team

 Maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools

 Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately

 Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience


Skills


 Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written

 A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette

 Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills

 Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage

 Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally

 Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets
