Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (Non-IT, US Staffing) Location: Shaikpet, Tolichowki, Hyderabad (Onsite only) Shift: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Experience: 6 months – 3 years Cab Facility: Not provided About the Role: We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our US Non-IT Staffing operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and generating high-quality leads aligned with open positions. This is a junior-level, hands-on role requiring strong data sourcing and research skills. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and hiring managers within the US Non-IT sector. Generate 150–200 active and fresh leads daily using various online tools, databases, and professional platforms. Maintain and update lead information in internal CRM or Excel trackers. Coordinate with the recruitment and business development teams to ensure lead quality and relevance. Track market trends, company movements, and job openings across target industries. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in lead delivery. Requirements: 6 months to 3 years of experience in lead generation or research within US Non-IT Staffing. Strong understanding of the US staffing market and client landscape. Proficient in using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar lead sourcing tools. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
