Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate qualified leads in the US market.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients across verticals including BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.
Identify decision-makers and influencers at target companies and initiate contact.
Set up appointments and demos for the sales team with high-quality prospects.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies.

Required Skills:

Proven experience (5–6 years) in B2B lead generation focused on the
US market
.
Domain knowledge in
IT services
,
data solutions
, and
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience working in
US EST shift
is a must.
Hands-on expertise with CRM and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo).
Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience working with IT consulting or SaaS firms targeting North America.
