We’re now looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to boost our online visibility and generate quality leads for our academic programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) Conduct thorough keyword research to drive traffic and generate leads Optimize landing pages, website content, and blog posts to improve rankings Perform technical SEO audits and work with the web team to resolve issues Track and analyze website analytics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and content marketing Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams for lead-oriented campaigns Monitor competitors and trends to refine strategies Run A/B tests on meta tags, CTAs, and headlines to increase conversion Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all digital assets Provide regular reports on rankings, lead performance, and recommendations Requirements: Proven experience in SEO and digital lead generation (preferably in the education sector) Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword ranking factors, and digital funnels Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc. Knowledge of WordPress/website CMS and basic HTML/CSS (preferred) Experience with lead tracking tools and CRM integration is a plus Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results Perks: Flexible working hours (Hybrid model) Performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a growing edtech startup Freedom to experiment and innovate Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: ₹9,832.37 - ₹39,878.28 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
