Role - Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

Location - Jaipur

Job Type - Full-Time

Salary - 25k-35k per month


About the Role


We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Expert who will own both outbound and inbound prospecting. You’ll identify high-quality leads, nurture early-stage relationships, and fuel our sales pipeline with qualified opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to design and execute campaigns that convert interest into conversations.


Given the heavy automation and scaling aspect, we prefer someone familiar with LinkedIn automation tools like Dripify, HeyReach, as well as experience in broader automation / AI workflows.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies: email, LinkedIn outreach, content syndication, events, etc.
  • Use LinkedIn automation (Dripify, HeyReach, Sales Navigator) to scale outreach while maintaining personalization
  • Build, clean, and maintain targeted prospect lists using CRM, enrichment tools, and market research
  • Qualify leads through structured outreach, discovery conversations, and tailored messaging — across industries like Technology, Telecom, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Industrial & Electronics
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with buyer personas, funnel stages, and content assets
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics: open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline velocity
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new tools / AI techniques — bring innovations to outreach
  • Support sales enablement with lead intelligence, scripts, objection handling, and actionable insights


What You Bring


  • Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or sales development (1+ years; Freshers can also apply)
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end lead generation campaigns (from prospecting to qualification)
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and lead/data tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
  • Experience or exposure to LinkedIn automation platforms (Dripify, HeyReach or similar)
  • Comfort with automation, workflow design, and leveraging AI tools or scripts to scale outreach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - ability to write compelling, relevant messages
  • Data-driven mindset - you test, iterate, optimize based on metrics and feedback
  • Self-starter, organized, and able to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities
