Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year or Fresher

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: 25000 Max

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Responsibilities:


  • Outbound Calling: Conduct daily cold calls to prospects from various industries and pitch company services.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update lead information and interaction history on the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria to generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Email Campaign Support: Assist in executing email campaigns and following up with leads for engagement.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Perform targeted LinkedIn research and initiate first-level connect messages to relevant professionals.
  • Daily Reporting: Submit daily call reports, lead conversion status, and maintain lead funnel progress.
  • Coordination: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
  • Follow-ups: Manage follow-up activities with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp to maintain engagement.
  • Target Driven: Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.


Key Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales process

Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, monitoring customer interactions, and collaborating with various departments to improve customer service processes.
