Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our IT/Software development business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to support our sales and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the IT and software development space.
  
• Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, email campaigns, social platforms, and IT marketplaces.
  
• Manage bidding on Upwork and other platforms to acquire new IT projects.
  
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the Sales/Business Development team.
  
• Maintain and update CRM or lead management systems regularly.
  
• Coordinate follow-ups with prospects until handover to the business team.
  
• Understand company services, technologies, project delivery models, and value propositions.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status and performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred (Any field).
  
• 12 years of experience in

  lead generation or IT sales

  , specifically on platforms like

  Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.

• Strong understanding of IT terms, web/mobile development services, and software outsourcing.
  
• Excellent communication, writing, and client interaction skills.
  
• Ability to create strong proposals and responses on bidding platforms.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, online research, and digital communication.
  
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
