Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients for different loan products. Explain loan schemes, eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and pass qualified leads to field/sales teams. Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and update CRM/records. Work closely with sales team to achieve monthly targets. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. 12 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (finance domain preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. Target-driven with ability to handle rejections positively.
