Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Understand hiring needs by coordinating with department heads. Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications. Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Track and report recruitment metrics and dashboards. Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interview panels. Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate fit. Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and pre-boarding formalities. Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will support lead generation activities, identify potential clients, and assist in driving sales for our event solutions. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify prospective clients across industries. Conduct cold calls to generate and qualify leads. Reach out via emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools. Schedule meetings for the Client Servicing team and assist with follow-ups. Work towards achieving basic monthly lead-generation targets.
