Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Zirakpur
Experience: 1–3 years (Lead Generation / Outreach / LinkedIn)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our B2B outreach, appointment setting, and database enrichment activities. The role involves managing lead-generation processes, running outreach programs, and collaborating across teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Execute B2B appointment-setting activities through LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Manage end-to-end outreach workflows, including messaging, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
  • Work with collaboration partners/platforms to increase lead flow.

2. Database Enrichment & Management

  • Handle database enrichment activities, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated lead information.
  • Annotate and categorize leads based on industry, relevance, and engagement level.
  • Maintain structured data for sequencing, nurturing, and lead scoring.

3. Outreach Messaging & Sequencing

  • Draft and customize outreach messages for LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Implement sequencing programs and multi-step engagement plans.
  • Track message performance and suggest improvements.

4. Tools & Platform Usage

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and targeted searches.
  • Use additional lead-generation engines/tools as required (e.g., CRM, email automation tools).
  • Maintain proper documentation of all outreach activities.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for lead qualification and follow-up.
  • Support sales teams by providing timely and accurate lead information.
  • Participate in strategy discussions for improving lead flow and conversion metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or inside sales.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and database management.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for outreach messaging.
  • Ability to handle sequencing, follow-ups, and nurturing programs.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
