Lead Generation Executive

LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE

We're seeking a customer-focused LEAD GENERATION Executive to provide excellent service to students and clients of Infos Connect Study Abroad. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to student and client inquiries about study abroad programs

- Provide information on universities, courses, and admission requirements

- Guide students through the application process and documentation

- Build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions

- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns

- Meet customer satisfaction targets and contribute to business growth

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
