Business Development Manager – AI Solutions

Job Summary:

Business Development Manager with experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI)

This role is critical in driving revenue growth and market expansion by aligning AI capabilities with client needs and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in AI-related markets (e.g., computer vision, NLP, predictive analytics, automation, etc.)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI products and services
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads and strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and data science teams to align business development initiatives with product offerings

Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to understand client needs and propose relevant AI solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, RFPs, and pitch presentations
  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients and industry influencers

AI Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, technologies, and industry developments
  • Provide input to the product team based on client feedback and market insights
  • Act as a thought leader in AI strategy discussions with clients and partners

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts in alignment with company policies
  • Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and market intelligence

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven success in

    B2B business development

    , preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise tech
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI)
  • Experience selling

    AI-driven solutions

    or working alongside AI product/tech teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
  • Strong network in AI, technology, or digital transformation sectors is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Experience working in or with

    AI/ML startups

  • Certifications in AI, digital transformation, or technology sales are advantageous
