Key Responsibilities
Designing of FTTHODN for Town/Area.
Fiber optic drawingand design based on the cable type, allocation, capacity and there fiberjointing schematic Access OSP Route Network.
FTTH BOM & BOQPreparations.
Validation of FTTHDesigns and Plans for Execution.
Site surveys
Directing The SurveyTeams for information capture.
Calculation of theOSP and ODN link budgets.
Cost benefitanalysis of the projects including feasibility studies.
CAPEX & OPEXcalculations for better planning and further O & M activities.
Monitor and ensureproper completion of network surveying/design activities by Survey Team andthird party vendors.
Network inventoryupdation in GIS.
OLT Sitesfinalization and implementation.
RFAI from InfraProviders
Experience & Skills
1.Minimum 3-5 years ofexperience in Access networks preferably a mix of key telecom vendors andoperators
2. Strong AccessNetwork Planning experience on multiple and Large access networks
3. Strong partnermanagement skills in highly outsourced environments
4. Capability tointerface and handle CBU interactions
5. Strong analyticaland techno-commercial skills
