Asst Manager - Civil Purchase

Key responsibilities:

- Source and procure civil, electrical and interior finishing materials for our retail showrooms

- Obtain and compare quotations, prepare cost comparison , negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with vendors.

- Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP / ERP ensuring correct material codes, tax and delivery details.

- Coordinate with site engineers, planning and interior design teams to understand project material requirements and delivery priorities.

- Monitor material delivery, follow up with suppliers, resolve issues related to shortage, damage, quality or delay, and maintain minimum stock levels.

- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor database, rate contracts, and MIS reports using Excel and SAP.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, safety and statutory requirements related to materials and suppliers.

Desired candidate should be Strong knowledge of civil, electrical and interior materials, specifications and brands used in construction and interior projects. Good negotiation and vendor management skills with ability to develop and maintain supplier relationships. Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical ability for costing and comparison in Excel. Ability to coordinate with multiple project sites and work under tight timelines to meet project schedules.

Good communication skills in English and local language; integrity and adherence to procurement ethics.

* Purchase Experience in Electrical, Civil, Interior Fitouts
* Must be from Civil/Construction Industry

* Knowledge in Excel is Must

* Preferred SAP Knowing Person
