Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits, inspections, and analysis to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to maintain high-quality construction practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring progress against milestones and deadlines.
Provide technical support to resolve issues related to materials, methods, or processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Control in High Rise Residential Projects.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures for concrete works, steel structures, MEP installations, finishing works, etc.
Proficiency in using software such as Procore or similar tools for tracking progress reports.
