Lead - Digital Marketing

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital ecosystem, including managing the website and social media channels. Your role will involve planning, strategizing, and executing various digital marketing campaigns, such as social media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising. You will drive revenue through digital product monetization, sponsorship packages, and strategic partnerships, while optimizing ROI across all initiatives. Building a network of digital and tech agencies for specific projects will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cost-efficiency in managing these relationships effectively. Leading and mentoring the digital marketing team, fostering innovation, staying updated with industry trends, and managing external partnerships will also be crucial aspects of your role. Designing and implementing innovative digital products and solutions for monetization through client partnerships, collaborating closely with the sales team to provide strategic digital solutions to clients, and participating in client meetings to offer digital expertise for revenue growth are key components of the job. You will also be responsible for measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs), brainstorming growth strategies, and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams on multiple campaigns. In addition, you will work with agencies and other vendor partners, evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership, and perspective for adoption where appropriate. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience being preferred. A postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Expert proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and digital advertising platforms, is essential. You should have a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, AI/ML applications, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and basic web development/UX principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary, along with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. As a creative solution thinker with a passion for digital innovation, you should possess strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and a results-oriented approach. Being up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and negotiation skills, and adaptable to learning new technologies are also important qualities for this role. You should have experience collaborating effectively with sales teams, strong stakeholder management abilities, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing. The work location is in person, and candidates from the media, advertisement, or entertainment industry are preferred.
