About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Administrator for assessing and managing 3rd party risk and vendor onboarding for our Human Resource Division in India In this role, you will: Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with the Strategy and Execution area Implement strategic plans and makes changes to the plan as necessary Perform complex administrative transactional and operational and customer support tasks Ensure that projects operate with maximum efficiency Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff Provide leadership to the team for the purpose of attaining a common goal Interact with immediate team and external business partners on wide range of information Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Strategy and Execution team Required Qualifications: 6+ years of Administrative Support or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Relevant Vendor Management experience is preferred Experience responding quickly to changing deadlines/priorities Strong analytical and computer skills are important, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. The candidate must be a strong team player, have outstanding customer focus and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with their client base and HR team. Must be used to constant change and changing goals. Flexibility of approach, together with a can-do attitude is key. Must maintain a position of objectivity, maintaining sound judgment and consistent advice to the client base. Characteristics; Integrity, judgment, adaptability, creativity, results driven, sensitive to details. Technical experience with Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts, etc.) and MS PowerPoint Job Expectations: Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with the Strategy and Execution area Implement strategic plans and makes changes to the plan as necessary Perform complex administrative transactional and operational and customer support tasks Ensure that projects operate with maximum efficiency Interact with immediate team and external business partners on wide range of information Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Strategy and Execution team Establish a collaborative way in working with 3rd party vendors, Wells Fargo Line of Business Leaders and other internal Stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Sourcing, HR Control & Third-Party Risk, as well as HR Outsourcing Primary focus will be Human Resources third party vendors in India Create and manage governance office to manage performance reviews for all HR vendors and global delivery, ensuring timely closure on milestones. Analyze current state, identify areas of opportunities, and implement changes to the process. Drive a third-party governance framework that drives performance reviews by way of Third-Party Business Reviews and performance reporting. Present SLA metrics and governance updates regularly and accurately to senior leadership Drive Service Level Agreement (SLA) benchmarking initiatives with Wells Fargo's Line of Business groups to determine appropriate performance target levels for each engagement Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday / In-Office 3 days per week Posting End Date: 12 Jun 2025 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
