Data, Analytics, Reporting and Tools (DART) team is a core unit serving all of Global Operations with a mandate to enhance decision making by maximizing data analytics capabilities to transform information into insights and better outcomes. This data and analytics driven approach plays a pivotal role within Operations to enable how we deliver projects, confirming to our goals related to on-time, on-budget and with highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Under the direction of department and company leadership, implements and maintains a comprehensive suite of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor functional, departmental, customer, product and project level execution. Uses expertise in data visualization and analytics to develop dynamic online reports for monitoring and forecasting operational performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Study, analyze and understand business requirements in context to business intelligence.
2. Build and optimize data pipelines using Python, Spark, and SQL to prepare data for analysis.
3. Develop and implement machine learning models to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for automation.
4. Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools that communicate key insights effectively.
5. Create data visualization and reporting solutions in collaboration with the service delivery team.
6. Identify and track relevant metrics that provide meaningful business intelligence.
7. Design and create dynamic online reports using SQL, XML, MS Power Bi, and/or Qlik Sense
8. Partner as needed with the technical development team in the design of the database and data structures to optimize reporting of data.
9. Spot key performance indicators with apt objectives.
10. Analyze pervious and present data for better decision-making. Support data-driven decision making by presenting clear, actionable findings.
11. Develop strong data documentation about algorithms, parameters and models.
12. Provide a high-quality service and on time delivery of report sets for operational leadership.
13. Maintain the primary portal that hosts operational metrics and KPIs.
14. Implement, collate, and disseminate scorecards and standard reports for customers and projects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Essential
1. Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, programming, related degree or equivalent work experience
1. 6+ years advanced SQL, Python, Spark for large-scale data processing
3. 5+ years of data analytics and advanced data visualization toolsusing BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
4. Experience working with data from Snowflake Data Lake or similar cloud-based data platforms
5. Deep understanding of Jira or ServiceNow or Financial Force and SDLC process, metrics and measures
6. Demonstrated skill in building dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
7. Ability to communicate effectively to senior management teams.
8. Able to provide succinct and accurate feedback regarding progress and outcomes.
9. Ability to work under rapid timelines with changing priorities; remains calm under pressure and can handle multiple tasks at any one time.
10. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
11. Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
12. Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices

3. Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
