As a Technical Trainer , you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning sessions on Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, Generative AI, DevOps practices, and programming languages such as Java and Python. You will enable upskilling and certification readiness for diverse learner personas including developers, data engineers, and analysts. Your role will ensure that content aligns with global standards and supports business-critical learning initiatives. Main purpose of the job and key background information Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training on AWS, Azure, GCP, AI/ML, Generative AI, DevOps, Java, and Python. Customize training modules to suit various experience levels and job roles. Support learners in certification journeys (AWS/Azure Associate-level). Work with SMEs to ensure course content is up to date with current technology trends. Use modern training tools and platforms to enable immersive and practice-oriented learning. Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, gather feedback, and continuously improve the training approach. Collaborate with internal teams to drive learning interventions aligned to business needs. Level Of Experience 10-12 years of relevant experience in technical training, software development, or cloud/data engineering roles. Education/qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field (required) Certified in at least one major Cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) at Associate or Intermediate level (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator Associate) Industry Experience Additional certifications in AI/ML or DevOps (preferred) Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Learning & Development domains. Technical capability Expertise in one or more Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong programming knowledge in Python and Java Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools Exposure to DevOps practices and tools like CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins Familiarity with Generative AI platforms and tools (e.g., Bedrock, OpenAI APIs) Key personal attributes Passion for teaching and mentoring Excellent communication and presentation skills Adaptive, learner-first mindset Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner audiences Team player with collaborative approach Show more Show less
