Job Role: Kotak Life Insurance - Sales Advisor

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective customers who have shown interest in life insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
Drive conversions by effectively explaining product features and benefits.
Meet individual sales targets consistently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or insurance sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and close sales efficiently.
