Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, An Ecotel Hotel. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise kitchen steward activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in kitchen stewarding or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
