Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports, GST/TDS filings, and statutory returns. Handle petty cash accounting, bank reconciliation, and support internal/external audits. Ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies and statutory norms. Purchase: Receive and review purchase requisitions from hotel departments. Source and negotiate with vendors for quality supplies at competitive rates. Prepare and issue purchase orders; track and follow up on timely delivery of goods. Coordinate with the stores department for stock verification and replenishment. Maintain updated vendor database, price lists, and contracts. Ensure quality checks and verify bills against goods received. Monitor cost control measures in line with hotel budget. Qualifications & Skills: B.Com / M.Com or Diploma in Finance/Accounts. 2–4 years of experience in accounts and purchase, preferably in hospitality or retail sector. Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and vendor management. Hands-on experience with hotel accounting software / ERP (e.g., IDS, Fidelio, Tally). Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills. Good communication (English & local language) and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
