WAITER

Job Summary

The Waiter is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and prompt service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with four-star hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously, presenting menus and taking orders.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well-maintained before and after service.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and guest service.
• Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest complaints and requests politely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
• Follow hotel policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in mise-en-place, side stations, and overall restaurant readiness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or relevant training in F&B service.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a reputed hotel/restaurant (freshers with good communication may also be considered).
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Guest-oriented, courteous, and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
• Well-groomed with professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
