Job Description

As a Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor at a 4-star hotel in Kochi, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the stewarding operations within the kitchen. You will be expected to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, supervise the stewarding staff, and maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate for this position should have a degree or specialization in a related area, along with prior experience working in reputable hotels. You will be offered a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 25,000, in addition to complimentary food and accommodation. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule. The preferred candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in stewarding or hotel kitchen operations. The work location will be onsite at the 4-star hotel in Kochi.
