Key Responsibilities: Ensure overall discipline and a respectful environment is maintained within the dorm premises. Enforce strict rules against eating in the dormitory areas to maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Prohibit and monitor the use of alcohol, cigarettes, and other prohibited substances inside the dorm. Address and resolve any conflicts or issues among residents calmly and efficiently. Conduct regular checks to ensure dorm policies are being followed.
