Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Stewarding Executive to join our team at Marriott Executive Apartments. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to guests and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in kitchen stewarding or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
