Kitchen Stewarding Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Stewarding Executive to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, An Ecotel Hotel. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients.

• Proven experience in kitchen stewarding or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
