Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Stewarding Executive to join our team at Vivanta. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for procurement of ingredients and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen stewarding or a related field.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
