Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Staff to join our team at Resotel Consultancy, with 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to food safety and quality control.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
Freshers are welcome to apply, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
