Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including tea and coffee. Make and assemble sandwiches, snacks, and other light meals. Cook and serve hot food items such as French fries and other fried products. Ensure all food is prepared according to hygiene and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Refill stock and display items as needed throughout the day. Handle customer orders and payments efficiently and courteously. Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking. Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-food environment (preferred). Basic food preparation and cooking skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Friendly, reliable, and punctual. Working Conditions:Fast-paced environment with direct customer interaction. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Standing for long periods during service hours.
