Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing kitchen operations, including Bakery, Tandoor, and Chinese cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen management, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality food standards.
