Job Description

1. Professional Summary:

Kay is an experienced Account Manager specializing in GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and tender management. Skilled in vendor registration, catalog listing, bid preparation, tender documentation, and end-to-end procurement coordination, Kay ensures compliance, competitive pricing, and timely submission of all government procurement requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the companys presence and operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Handle product listing, catalogue management, bid participation, and order processing.
Track government tenders from various portals and identify relevant opportunities.
Prepare technical and financial documents required for tender submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, specifications, and compliance requirements.
Ensure timely bid submissions and follow up on tender results.
Maintain strong relationships with government clients and procurement departments.
Monitor competition, update pricing strategies, and ensure adherence to government procurement policies.
