Business Development Executive/Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Experience of sales in enterprise products & solutions (Hardware, Servers, Storage,

Virtualization, Backup applications, Firewall, End points, DLP, Networking.

Solutions, Security solutions & AMC/ FMS Services).

• Ability to handle business closer & targets pressure.

• Ready to travel inter zone & nationally for business.

• Should have worked on target base/ ability to achieve the sales goals.

• IT Technology Solutions/ Telecom Solutions.

• Experience of handling Enterprise and MSME clients.

• Good knowledge of Pune & ROM market.

• Effective communication skill & presentation Skill.

• Should be able to present the technical solutions.

• Should able to co-ordinate with OEMs & internal team.

• Should be Self-Motivated, responsible.

• Need a long-term vision.

• Reporting in the desired manner (Excel sheet, Word, PowerPoint, and STPL

Attendance Portal) on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Preferred candidate profile:

Expand Business: Expand the business through partnerships, New Markets & Clients.

Increase Revenue: increase revenue & market share in the IT Infrastructure industry.

Build Long Term relations: build long term relationship with clients & partners.

Leadership: experience leading & managing teams, with a focus on employees development & productivity.

Market Analysis: ability to analyze market trends & competitor strategies.
