Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Connecting with retailers and placing orders on a daily basis

- Carries good understanding of smart phone and its features

- Has a knack to do sales pitch and conversion

- Dialling 70 calls in a day minimum

- Tagging and documenting the retailers.

- Driving sales target for the state- Working on achieving daily sales target as set by the state

- Monthly sales target of 500-650 smart phones

- English, Hindi and regional languages command would be added advantage

- Stretching as per business requirements.

- Retention: Engaging with non-active retail partners to bring them back on channel

Candidate Requirements:

- Should be Graduate /MBA(Marketing/Sales)

- Well versed with smart phone knowledge

- Should be also having basic knowledge of refurb

- Quick learner and situational adaptability

- Good communicator & team player

- Time management and basic computer knowledge- Excel

- Should have knowledge about sales.

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduate /MBA (Marketing/Sales)

- Up to 6 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
