ob Title: Key Account Manager – Client Servicing & Operations Support

About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager with 3–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management to support our Operations team in managing and growing existing client relationships. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, and unlocking opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent service delivery.
• Oversee client contracts, track timelines, and ensure timely renewals.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling or cross-selling services.
• Act as the escalation point after the Operations team to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Deployment, Finance, etc.) to deliver on client requirements.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or related roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Prior experience in service, operations, or hospitality-driven environments preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
